🕌 الصَّادِقُ الأَمِين

وُلِدَ النَّبِيُّ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ فِي مَكَّةَ فِي عَامِ الفِيل.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was born in Makkah in the Year of the Elephant.

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

كَانَ يَتِيمًا: مَاتَ أَبُوهُ قَبْلَ وِلَادَتِهِ، وَمَاتَتْ أُمُّهُ وَهُوَ صَغِير.

He was an orphan: his father died before his birth, and his mother when he was small.

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

رَبَّاهُ جَدُّهُ عَبْدُ المُطَّلِب، ثُمَّ عَمُّهُ أَبُو طَالِب.

His grandfather Abdul-Muttalib raised him, then his uncle Abu Talib.

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

كَانَ فِي صِغَرِهِ يَرْعَى الغَنَمَ وَيَعْمَلُ بِجِدّ.

As a boy he shepherded sheep and worked hard.

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

كَانَ لَا يَكْذِبُ أَبَدًا، فَسَمَّاهُ النَّاس: الصَّادِق.

He never lied, so people named him As-Sadiq (the Truthful).

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

وَكَانُوا يَتْرُكُونَ أَمَانَاتِهِمْ عِنْدَهُ، فَسَمَّوْهُ: الأَمِين.

They left their valuables with him, so they named him Al-Ameen (the Trustworthy).

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

اخْتَلَفَتْ قُرَيْشٌ: مَنْ يَضَعُ الحَجَرَ الأَسْوَدَ فِي مَكَانِه؟

Quraysh argued: who gets to place the Black Stone back in its spot?

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

قَالُوا: نَرْضَى بِأَوَّلِ دَاخِل — فَدَخَلَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ! فَفَرِحُوا وَقَالُوا: هٰذَا الأَمِين!

They agreed: the first to enter decides — and in came Muhammad ﷺ! They rejoiced: it is Al-Ameen!

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

وَضَعَ الحَجَرَ عَلَى ثَوْبٍ، وَأَمْسَكَتْ كُلُّ قَبِيلَةٍ بِطَرَفِه، وَرَفَعُوهُ مَعًا.

He put the stone on a cloth; every tribe held an edge, and they lifted it together.

اِضْغَطْ لِلتَّرْجَمَة 👆

هٰكَذَا حَلَّ المُشْكِلَةَ بِذَكَاءٍ وَعَدْل — قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكُونَ نَبِيًّا!

That is how he solved the problem with wisdom and fairness — even before becoming a prophet!
